02Do you offer design only, or design and construction?
Both. We can provide a focused design service, coordinate construction, or support the full journey. The right scope will be agreed after the first discussion.
03What kinds of projects do you take on?
Our work includes single and two-storey homes, interiors, hotels and cabanas, commercial spaces and business websites.
04How long does a building project take?
Timing depends on project scope, approvals, site conditions and level of detail. We outline realistic stages and milestones once the brief is clear.
05Can you work with a defined budget?
Yes. Sharing an honest budget early helps us direct design choices, materials and scope toward the best possible result.
06How many design revisions are included?
Revision stages are set out clearly in each proposal. We use regular reviews to keep decisions aligned and avoid late surprises.
07Do you build websites as a separate service?
Yes. Our digital studio creates responsive websites and portfolios for businesses that need a clear, credible online presence.
08Where do you work?
Our studio is in Dikhenapura, Horana, and we work with clients across Sri Lanka.
